Reports: Chairman, Co-Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, Zoom Coordinator, all committees
Open positions:

Treasurer position:
- Meet the Auditor twice weekly to create deposit and bring to bank.
- Present Treasurer’s report at monthly steering committee.
- Attend executive committee meetings.
Requirements:
- Attend monthly steering committee meetings and executive committee meetings.
- 1 year continuous sobriety
- previous commitment on steering committee including meeting secretary
- some computer knowledge necessary
Maintenance:
Change air filters, monitor kitchen area, minor jobs, meet inspectors, oversee facility, light bulbs, interact with property manager as needed, troubleshoot any issues with water cooler, meet repairmen when needed.
Requirements:
- Attend monthly steering committee meetings.
- 6 months continuous sobriety
Cleaning Coordinator:
Clean and maintain meeting room, including daily and monthly cleanings (with volunteers), knowledge & posting of CDC guidelines.
Requirements:
- Attend monthly steering committee meetings.
- 6 months continuous sobriety
New business:
Introduce new accountant

Preamble update
Executive Committee membership clarification update
Map “project” (we are “mapping out” the approximate places we all live to give clarity as to our best new location.)
